Postings such as these lead to misconceptions about VS.net. Using VS.net
does not mean that you _must_ target the .net framework. Of course for VB
and C# you do, but C++ developers can still create all the same projects as
they did in VS6, in addition to managed projects (.net framework).
Choose your statements carefully.
