Actionspane in Office 2003 Basic

Hi,

I've deployed a custom Actionspane on several computers. 3 of them have Office 2003 basic installed on them and 3 of them have Office Professional 2003 installed. My Actionspane is working on the 3 machines with Office Professional installed on it.

When I checked the differences between the deployment machines and my test machine I discovered that there is no XML-library to load the actionspane.xsd. The Microsoft website is telling me that the Library is not part of Office basic 2003. Is this the reason why my ActionsPane isn't working?

Is there another way to use my Actionspane on the 3 machines with Office 2003 basic installed on it, or is the only way to make this work upgrading to another version of Office?
