End To End Solution Idea Needed

I have been brainstorming for about three days and have not be able to come
up with a workable logical real world solution so I wanted to threw it out
to the group to get some new ideas. I am creating a series of labs for a
Net Training Class and we are working on VSTO 2005. I have labs that show
the different office products individual but what I am looking to do is
that I want the last lab to be a pull it all together type of lab. So I
was wondering if anyone can give me a scenario where I can create a office
solution that would use all the office products together to perform some
business task or solution. Basically I need some real world example of a
problem that automation or writing and add-ins for Microsoft Office using
VSTO can pull together everything the students have learned and allow me
to have one large pull it all together type of application. Here is an
example, a person starts up an excel application that does something then
the excel data is used by a word document to do something then outlook is
used to email the document or do something else and maybe infopath can be
worked in there somewhere to do something. But you get my point. I am
looking for a problem or a scenario where I can pull all these products
together in one lab.
