Single VSTO solution with multiple Word and Excel files

Our application uses Excel for data cleaning / analysis / etc and Word for
reporting. We've choosen Excel and Word so that our users have the power to
make changes in tools familiar to them.

Both Excel and Word files have custom action panes and they share several
assemblies.

Can I create a single deployable solution with multiple excel and word
files? If yes, how?
