Yes - the windows critical update was released about a day before I first saw this problem.
I was able to remove this as a possible suspect as I get the same problem without the update.

I can repro this problem with certain documents EVERY time. All other documents that work do so EVERY time.
This leads me to believe that it may be related to the content in the doc, which I find hard to believe, but does that even sound possible? (Each document gets populated with its own specific data)
