VS2008 can't load TestCaseManagement package

Hi,

After installing the VS2008pro RTM, on WinXP where the the VS2005 pro
already installed, got the following error:

Package
'Microsoft.VisualStudio.QualityTools.TestCaseManagement.QualityToolsPackage,
Microsoft.VisualStudio.QUalityTools.TestCaseManagement, Version=9.0.0.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=v03f577f11d50a3a' has failed to load
properly ( GUID = {A9405AE6-9AC6-4F0E-A03F-7AFE45F6FCB7} )

If I running the program, get the same error, when I try to create new
testcase.
