Invalid Command Line Arguments Error in .NET 2003 Setup

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

If you are trying to install VS.NET 2003 on XP Pro SP2 and you get the error
message

"Invalid command line arguments. Unable to continue."

Try the following MSKB fix, this worked for me

http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;891398&spid=3040&sid=global

It seems that the wrong setup.exe file was being referenced
