yet another VS2005 beta 2 installation failure

As the title says, I'm having trouble installing VS2005 beta.

The error message that pops up says that the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
Beta 2 failed to install.

I'm trying to install it on Windows XP Professional SP2 with Visual Studio
6.0, Visual Studio.NET and Visual Studio .NET 2003 installed.

I've tried copying the files to my hard drive and installing from there and
shutting down most of my services but I still get the same errors.
