AFAIK, there is no such reference. Instead of typing /? for particular
command, I would search for it in Google. I was partially successful doing
this in the past.

For the few I searched for, I was completely unsuccessful, and therefore I
stopped searching.

There is also quite comprehensive reference for commands that take
arguments, see
