Sign assembly does not work

The sign assembly does not work. Using a *.pfx cert.
When I build it ask for a password, which I supply then I get an error.
"Error importing key" object already exists.
I can sign them using the command line, but I want to build using VS.
Also setting this as a default for all apps would be nice.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Schneider
