[VS 2008] Auto keyboard switching?

Tools | Options | HTML Designer | General

There is a check box for Auto keyboard switching. What does that mean? There
is no documentation (that I can find) for this particular panel in the
options dialog. All the others under HTML Designer are documented, but not
this one.
