Gerrit,
Yes, you can develop add-ins for and with Visual Studio 2005 Standard
Edition.

Hi all,
Does VS2008 standard edition allow me to create VS2008 Addins (C#)
for devenv.exe itself , or do I need the Professional edition for this?
I have no requirements in the controls / web / other office areas.
Thanks in advance,
