You can't override Alt+key, it is core OS feature. All menus in all Windows
application are accessible via Alt+ underlined letter. VS has really nothing
to do with this.
You can override Ctrl+, Ctrl+Alt+, Ctrl+Shift, Alt+Shift and Ctrl+Alt+Shift,
but Alt is reserved in order to provide common UI across OS.
