I know it is solvable problem, but this will ruin the whole idea of
structuring a project into a folders :). One way or another I have to
live with this for now.

Yes, you are right, this was my concern. After all, the developer knows
better where he wants to install his/her files, so assumptions of this
kind, made by IDE are not really suitable. Thanks for forwarding this
issue to dev team.
