Tool tips within the IDE

Hi
I think adding tool tips or a description in addition to the graphics in the drop down list for docking (there already is one for none) would make the IDE more intuitive. It would also make it easier to learn the code for when you are creating forms of the fly and need to dock them one way of the other.
What I envision is having each clock in the drop down show a description like the one for none.E.g. Top, Middle, Left, Right etc.
