RE: Database Deployment ?

Hi SnapDive,

I made a database project reverse engineered from "Database A".

I don't see I can reverse engine a Database in Visual Studio. Could you
please tell me how you do it?

I want to now deploy a difference-script to "Database B" on another
server inside a named instance, so "B" will be like "A".

Normally we deploy SQL Server project items to an existing Database on a
SQL Server, e.g. stored procedures, functions, triggers and etc.

Do you mean you want to deploy the entire database to SQL Server?

Sincerely,
Linda Liu
