TFS 2008 upgrade problem.

Hi,

I have an installation of TFS 2008 SP1 workgroup edition running on W2K3.
I did install it from my MSDN DVD.

Now I want to upgrade to the standard edition by entering my product key.
When I go to Add/Remove program to enter my product key and select the
upgrade radio button the text boxes are already displaying a product key and
I can not change it, the fields are readonly.

I also try by running the setup from the Media, but was not able to enter
the product key.

This issues is now critical.
