cannot open include file 'resource.hm'

Hi,
I am trying to work on an old project that a coworker developed under MVS 2005. He has since left the compnay and I've pulled the project out of our source control system (subversion) to work on. I'm getting an error "fatal error RC1015: cannot open include file 'resource.hm'" I suspect that maybe he did not have that checked into source control or maybe there is a project setting that has not come over. I've searched my entire C drive and do not find resource.hm. I don't develop in MVS much so I'm thinking it's something simple but it has alluded me so far. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.
