All my ClickOnce projects work before I install VS2008...

I have installed both VS2005 and VS2008 on my machine as well, but I don't
have the problem you described.

Since the problem occurs after you install VS2008, I suggest that you
uninstall VS2008 on your machine and repair VS2005. Check if the problem
still exists at this time. If not, reinstall VS2008 on your machine.
