Thanks for your reply.

According to error message captured by SQL Profiler, (I agree with you)
this issue seems between WSS and SQL. The root cause is that WSS failed to
connect SQL server with TFSSERVICE account.

Sorry, but I still suspect you may type the wrong password in IIS setting
for WSS. Would you please follow the steps as below, type the password for
TFSSERVICE account in it again?
1. Open IIS,
2. Navigate to Application Pool
3. Right-click "TFSWSS" application pool and click on Properties
4. Select Identity Tab
5. Please type the password for "TFSSERVICE" in the Password Textbox.

After finished, please restart your IIS, and try WSS again.
Please try this method and let me know the result. I will perform further
research.
