I can't speak for the C++ projects but I have not had to use 2005 for C# since Beta 2 came out.

Already have VS 2005 pro installed on W2k Pro and have dnld'd VS 2008 Pro.
I understand that VS 2005 and VS 2008 can co-exist and run independently
with no problems.
Are there any good reasons to keep VS 2005 after installing VS 2008?
I have a number of projects (mainly C++ and C#.net) built with 2005.
