VS 2008 download problem

Maybe this isn't the right place to post this, but when I try to d/l
VS 2008 I get a 636 byte .img file and nothing else. Is anyone else
having this problem? I've tried FireFox and IE 6. I don't get any
error messages.

I have downloaded the Silverlight SDK with no problem. I verified I
have enough disk space.
