No, as I said, the strange behaviour occurs under ASP.NET 2.0. I explicitly
checked that the app was registered with version 2.0 in IIS.
Tracking it down, it looks like the CTP/Beta install caused System.Uri to
change behaviour under ASP.NET 2.0!
