Have you tried the following?
(1) Close DevStudio, nuke the project's .ncb files. These can get
corrupted over time.
(2) Download Memtest86+ from
http://www.memtest.org/ , burn to a
floppy/CD, and boot off that. Let it run overnight to see if you have
any RAM faults.
