Publishing from two different machines?

Hi All,
Does anyone know if it is possible to develop an app (Windows Forms) on two, or more, different machines and Publish to the same location?
I have run into problems where the signing not being the same, so it forces me to change the .vbprj file when moving development projects from machine to machine; and uninstalling the application on all clients and reinstalling the new.

Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks.
