A Build Error of VS2005 C++

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

My VS2005 C++ has a problem that: after I ran a project and exited, I can never rebuild it until restart the VS2005 environment. VS gives a LNK1104 / PRJ0008 Error which means "can not write the exe file", it seemes the exe file is still running, but I can't find it in my process list.

The problem only occurs when I use Visual C++, and never appears when I make C# projects.

Please help me to solve this problem! Thanks a lot!
