RE: Entering < in XML documentation CDATA section hangs IDE

I have contacted our product team and confirmed this is a product issue.
According to the reply from them, they don't currently have a hot fix for
this issue, although they've heard it multiple times. No customer chose to
pursue a hot fix so far. For this reason, if you really have a concern on
this issue, we suggest you may contact CSS to ask for this hot fix. They're
very willing to look at this.
