Hi,
I think the warning message in the SP also applies to the Windows 2000
workstation. So, I still suggest you first install the SP on one of your
windows 2000 station, and test it with your actual project, to see if the
problem will occur with it.
BTW, I suggest developer should have Admin right on current working
machine, I know some issues was caused by lack of permission on DEV
machine, For example, when compile a solution, the VS .NET need to access
some temporary files. It may fail if no such permission.
