Hi Gerry,
From the description, it discuss a possible issue on WIndows 2000 server.So far, I didn't see such issue reported. This may different by actual
projects. I suggest you may first install the SP on one of your Widnows
2000 server, to see if it actually happen to your project, and then decide
if you can deploy this SP to all your development servers.
