Visual Studio 2003 & IE 7 (Final Version)

Hi,
I've upgraded to IE7 today and Visual Studio 2003 SP1 keeps crashing
when
I'm working on the Design mode of a webform.
Using IE7 as just a browser seems perfectly ok, it just seems to have
made VS 2003 incredibly unstable.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, and know if theres a
solution/work around which doesn't involve uninstalling as I really
like the new features of IE7 ?
The message I'm getting is:
An unhandled exception has been caught by the VSW exception filter.
AppName: devenv.exe AppVer: 7.10.6030.0 ModName: ntdll.dll
