Then when you add the project back you have to
manually add the references to the project back
to all projects that need them.
Sorry, but this is not an accepted workaround!
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. But this problem
seems to be a phantom issue, and we are unable to repro it in our local
machines. So currently we don't have another verified solution on this
issue.
Another method you can try is to rename/delete that solution's .suo file,
let VS2005 IDE to regenerate it again.
