Network permissions

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi,

I managed to upload a file from local drive & network using the ftp
class while my web project was located in filesystem. When I changed
the location of my project from filesystem to HTTP I get exceptions
from ftp response like e.g. "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad
password", or "Access is denied".

I do not get this exception when the file i want to upload is in the
local drive or virtual drive ("C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\myFile.zip). I get it
when the file is in e.g. //Fileserver/ITDepartment/myFile.zip, i.e. in
the network. I tried to map a drive letter to the network and still no
change.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Savvas
