Thank you posting!
By default, the VS2005 doesn't have a web application project like
VS2003's. Instead the new one is called Web Site. It is unlike the common
project in VS2005, it doesn't have the common project properties.
How do I get this to work in VS 2005
I suggest you can download our Web Application Projects for VS2005. It
provide a companion web project model that can be used as an alternative to
the built-in Web Site Project in Visual Studio 2005. It is VS2003 styled
web application project. You can find the Conditional Constants setting in
that project just as the VS2003's:
