Yes, but personally, I don't recommend using both;
Apparently you don't have any legacy projects? I have upgraded most of our
projects to .Net 2.0, but still have a half-dozen or so that are still 1.1.
Thankfully, I almost never have to work on them. But I only say "thankfully"
because I much prefer the 2.0 platform and improved tool set.

Yes, but personally, I don't recommend using both; regardless of how many
machines are available, but that's more to do with overall project
strategy rather than any side-by-side product issues.
