Design editor problem

Hi there

I'm not really sure if this is the right group... but I have problems with
VS .NET 2003, with regards to the "design" of an ascx.

Quite often I cannot select the controls on the page to resize or move them
around etc. Usually I have to click around a lot until it suddenly starts
working again, or restart VS. Is this a known problem? And is there a fix?
