Hi Paul,
Hmmmmm That seems you don't have the Security tab when u click to see the
file properties, am i right ?
because if u have VS.Net plus Framework1.1 plus IIS you have for sure ASPNET
account...
you just need to go to the Security tab from your access file and adding the
user ASPNET to!
try it and tell me!
