Way to move an asp.net project between 2 computers

I can't seem to figure out how to move a project between 2 computers. I
won't go into the details of what all has failed unless I need to.
I have the .sln and .suo files that are stored in the project folder and
then I have the rest of the files in my local c:\inetpub\wwwroot\project
directory.
The computer is a computer in a different domain, but both are XP. I would
like to put the files in the same relative paths.
Is there a clean way of doing this?
Thanks!
