Error when Opening an existing Web Project

Hello to all!
Hi im new to VS.Net, i created a project a few months a go, but now when im
trying to opened again i get the following error:

The Web server reported the following error when attempting to create or
open the web project located at the following URL:
'http://localhost/webapplication1" 'HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error'.

My machine is a windows XP Pro without SP2 i have Visual Fox Pro 7 and 9
Instaled as well

Does anyone knows how i can resolve this?
