In KB313512 is discussed that there are problems when the "Copy Local"
property of a reference is set to "false". Because I never run from the
output directory I have disabled this property. Due to the amount of projects
that we use, setting "Copy Local" to true takes a lot of time.

The bug is known for almost one year, but nothiing has been done to fix it.
The only reaction I have seen from (unofficial) MS is that you should try
again with VS2005. But we are not going to use a beta compiler for a
time-critical project. Please give some more info...
