I did get it to work just now. In the IIS setup the default web page
was selected to be a specific IP (which is the IP of this machine). If
I leave it that way it will no longer work that way. However, if I
change it to ALL Unassigned instead of a specific IP it works.

Can anybody explain this? I realize this is apparently no an VS.NET
issue at all but would appreciate an anwer if you have one.
