parser error message re browser in visual studio.net

when i right click the View in Browser item in order to
view my newly created web form, i get this parser error
message: "could not load type
System.Web.Administration.WebAdminModule from assembly
System.Web, Version=1.05000.0" i have no idea at this
point after exahausting search for a clue. greatly
appreciate any ideas.
