Foundation Server Build 2008 Upgrade Issue

I have recently upgraded our back-end Foundation Server from 2005 SP1 to 2008
SP1. Everything seemed fine until I tried to run a test build, which after a
few other tweeks is now posting an entry in the application event log which
is telling me I have an incompatible version of Foundation Server build
running e.g. The 2005 version.
My problem is I cannot find out how to unpgrade it to 2008! I can now see
from other discussions that the build process is not upgraded with the main
unpgrade which is quite annoying. I want to upgrade the server but the
install program for 2008 seems to have locked out the option to install Team
Foundation Build.
So does anyone know how do I upgrade build sever without uninstalling and
starting again?
