very frustrated with DAAB asp.net 2v

very frustration... i have seen all groups/forums/web site but i dont
find my solution and i finally come to this web site and hopefully
somebody will reply to this.
i install Enterprise Library for .NET Framework 2.0 - January 2006 from
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=5A14E870-406B-4F2A-B723-97BA84AE80B5&displaylang=en)
after installtion succussfully i try to use it

Please correct
