  I don't know about an EIF sample, there are, however, two web service
examples for the logging block :
  - \Program Files\Microsoft Application Blocks for
.Net\Logging\Samples\CS\WebServiceMeteringSample
  - \Program Files\Microsoft Application Blocks for
.Net\Logging\Samples\CS\WebServiceRequestTracingSample
