Thanks for the clarification. Short answer - I dont really know.
If by synchronize you mean display the events all in one browser
- you might be able to write your own browser over the two logs using the
System.Diagnostics.EventLog class.
- you might be able to export the log files and find some way of merging
them.
However, Im not sure whether you'd be able to truely get the order of the
events correct - It would depend on the time synchronization in this
situation

events...like logging into the windows NT/2k/xp system...any failures etc
etc..

for 2 domain controllers (DC) since there will be two different event
viewer logs for each domain controller.
