Symbols don't even ATTEMPT to load in VS2005 Debugging

I've been developing a WAP for some time now. I have had no issues with
debuggig on my dev pc. Now I have moved it to the 2003 server. I've had
issues with Remote Debugging (issues for another day) so I simply installed
VS2005 on my server and have been debugging from there. Now I have went live
with my WAP and all of the sudden I can no longer debug.
Because of other issuesI dont understand, I have been having to "Attach to
Process" to debug, no problem. Now, when I attach to the w3wp process, the
modules window opens but just sits there, blank. Nothing loads or even
attempts to load. After trying over and over and over, looking for the
problem, I was actually able to get it to work... ONCE! NEVER AGAIN! I don't
understand what's going on.
An help would be outstanding. I have to debug it on the live side with the
live db and if I cant, I'm scrooged.
