John,
Reset applies the scheme that is selected in the dropdown to the left. That
scheme may be corrupted. You can either try a different keyboard layout, or
you can run 'devenv /resetsettings' from the Visual Studio Command Prompt
which will return Visual Studio to 'factory' state.

I've somehow lost my keyboard shortcuts for VS debugging
(F5,F10,F11,etc.).
Does anyone know how to reset these?
I've tried :
Tools | Options | Keyboard | Reset
Also tried restarting VS and restarting box.
No luck.
