VS 2003 Remote Debugging Win App Across Domains

I'm wanting to remotely debug a Windows Application written in .NET
1.1. Each machine is on a different domain and I have created a VPN
connection between both machines.

Dev Machine
-Windows XP SP 2
-VS 2003

Remote Machine - connected through a VPN on a different domain
-Windows 2003 Server
-.Net 1.1 installed

I know I will need to install the remote debugging tools on the remote
machine and the remote machine's login will need to be a part of the
debugging user's group.

Is it possible to remotely debug a windows application with this
setup?

Any help/documentation would be appreciated!
