If you're using the Web Deployment Project add-on for VS2005, the assembly
and symbol should be copied to the web's bin folder. Also, if you attach to
the w3wp.exe, the VS IDE will enter into debugging mode automatically.
Based on my test, there's no need to setup the startup url again.
