Thanks for your response.
I definatly prefer using IIS website then file system.
What exectly you mean by "use a local Administrator to create and debug your
web site"? My domain account (which I am using to login to machine) is in the
local administrator group.
Are you saying to loging to the machine using local Administrator user? I
cannot do that because as per my company policy we don't have password for
local Administrator user. Is there something that I can do to impersonate my
login with administrator user (or something like that)?

If this is the case, then a possible cause is that when VS2005 starts
debugging, it needs to contact your domain controller of your office.
As a workaround, I would suggest you to use a local Administrator to create
and debug your web site, or use the File System mode instead of local IIS
to author your web site.
